A beautiful tour We had an incredible tour this morning! Andreas, Our driver, was fantastic—exceptionally skilled, even when driving the narrow curves and turns on the way to Seitan Limani beach. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and shared so many helpful local tips with us. ​The beach itself is unbelievable. Micke and Maya This was a very nice experience and a very fun memory to have from Greece, Andreas was super nice and an amazing driver, he offers cold water and snacks to bring down to the beach. We had very fun at both beaches, the second beach you were able to buy lunch which was very good. Best Private VIP Tour from Chania to Balos When choosing a tour, we only wanted the best in terms of value for money, convenience, exceptional customer service and a private tour for the best experience. With all this in mind, I found Jeeppaddletour to match these expectations. We had read all the reviews about taking a car rental and how insurance companies will not insure you on the dirty track from Kissamos to Balos, which is a lengthy drive on uneven surfaces. Andreas picked us up well on time very close to our accommodation in a very smart 4x4 jeep and the best bit was we had our very own private tour and made our way to Balos Lagoon. Andreas is very polite ensuring that you are ok and enjoying the tour and provides cold bottled spring water, foldable chairs and umbrella for use on the beach. When we got to the dirt track, the best bit was that the 4x4 handles the track conditions very well at a comfortable speed overtaking all the rentals cars that are going slow. You certainly feel like a VIP :-). On arrival at the car park at Balos, Andreas walked with us to the view stop for photos then directed us to the path to the beach. Upon returning to the jeep, we made our way for lunch at a very nice restaurant with a lovely view. The food was sourced and grown from their own produce and Andreas organised for my dietary requirements very well. This made the whole experience an exceptional one. Schön, privat und sicher Balos entdecken :) Mein Freund und ich wurden von Andreas (Kreterianer) mit seinem Jeep abgeholt. Er hat uns einiges über Kreta erzählen können und fuhr uns zügig aber sicher nach Balos. Durch den Allrad-Antrieb hatten wir ein sehr gutes Gefühl während der Fahrt. Die Strecke ist eine sehr lange Schotterpiste, ohne Leitplanken und mit sehr vielen Wellen im Boden, welche nur durch schnelleres Fahren weniger zu spüren ist. Wir sind im Urlaub immer abenteuerlustig mit unseren Mietwagen aber diese Strecke hätten wir definitiv abgebrochen, zumal alle Mietwagenunternehmen die Fahrt nach Balos verbieten! -> völlig verständlich und meiner Meinung zurecht! Mit der privaten Tour von Andreas hatten wir einen angenehmen Tag, keinen Stress und keine Sorgen. Sein Zeitablauf war perfekt um den Menschenmassen auf Balos zu umgehen :) Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Bästa chauffören på Kreta! Andreas alltså! Vilken kille och chaufför!! Han hämtade oss på hotellet med sin Jeep Cherokee och körde oss tryggt och lugnt till Paleochora, till en fin liten strand,off road,men det gick ju bra med den bilen! Best Excursion, won’t regret it! Best excursion ever! Andreas knew who we were without even meeting us. Super friendly, and very accommodating. He had water, beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. We had the opportunity to go to two different beautiful and amazing beaches.
